RECIPE 5: Roasted Veggie & Hummus Tortilla Pinwheels
Ingredients
1/2 cup roasted zucchini, carrot, bell pepper (thin sliced)
1/4 cup garlic hummus
Handful baby spinach or arugula
2 First Bake flour tortillas
Instructions
Spread hummus evenly on tortilla.
Layer with greens and cooled roasted veggies.
Roll tightly, chill for 15 min, slice into pinwheels.
Serve cold or room temp.

Easy Pan-Crisped Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheese (Oaxaca or cheddar)
1/4 cup sautéed onion or pepper (optional)
2 First Bake flour tortillas
Instructions
Heat tortilla in skillet, layer cheese, chicken, and fillings.
Top with second tortilla, press gently.
Cook until golden and crisp; flip and repeat.
Slice and serve with salsa or sour cream

Ingredients
4 Roma tomatoes
2 serrano peppers
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
Char tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and onion over flame or broiler.
Blend until slightly chunky.
Add lime juice, salt, and cilantro. Pulse once.
Serve chilled or warm.

2 eggs (scrambled)

2 tbsp black beans
Sliced avocado
Fresh herbs (cilantro or chives)
First Bake flour tortillas
Instructions
Roast sweet potatoes and sauté peppers in olive oil.
Scramble eggs and set aside.
Layer warm tortilla with sweet potato, eggs, peppers, beans, and avocado.
Sprinkle herbs, wrap tightly, and serve warm.

Ingredients
1.5 lbs flank or skirt steak
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
First Bake flour tortillas (warmed)
Fresh chopped cilantro, diced onion, lime wedges
Instructions
Marinate steak in lime, orange juice, garlic, oil, and spices for 1–4 hours.
Grill on high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
Rest meat, slice thinly against grain.
Serve on warmed First Bake tortillas with cilantro, onion, and a squeeze of lime.
