Ingredients
2 eggs (scrambled)
1/4 cup roasted sweet potato (cubed)
1/4 cup sautéed red bell pepper
2 tbsp black beans
Sliced avocado
Fresh herbs (cilantro or chives)
First Bake flour tortillas
Instructions
Roast sweet potatoes and sauté peppers in olive oil.
