as a person who lived in California for over half my life near the Tijuana border These tortillas are awesome I tried both the original and jalapeño They are fresh with just a wee bit of chew, which is the way you will get them down in Tijuana So to me, they are authentic as it can be! The jalapeño has a slight hint of heat Perfect for even just rolling up with a little bit of butter in it I can't wait to try the others I love that they are organic I definitely recommend you get you some today.
